Welcome, Little Woodland Friend
Hello, little friend!
I’m Henry, and I’m so happy you’ve found your way to my woodland. Welcome to Henry’s HeartWise Woodland Friends Club!
There are lots of things to discover here, from the Big Oak Tree to the babbling stream, with plenty of little adventures along the way.
You can play, explore, colour, solve puzzles, take on HeartWise challenges and discover little ways to look after your heart and mind.
Sometimes we feel happy, sometimes worried, cross, excited or a little bit unsure. And that’s okay.
Whatever you’re feeling, you are always welcome here.
Whenever you need a little reminder, you can say my HeartWise mantra with me:
I can be brave,
I can be me,
each and every day.”
As you explore, you’ll meet my woodland friends, complete little HeartWise Tasks and Woodland Adventures, and collect your very own digital HeartWise Acorns.
Every acorn takes you one step further, unlocking new games, activities, challenges and special downloads to discover.
You don’t have to be perfect.
You don’t have to get everything right.
Just take your time, have fun and be you.
So, are you ready for your first adventure?
Me and my woodland friends are here, waiting to explore with you!
Let’s see how many HeartWise Acorns we can collect together.
With a big hedgehog hug,
