These are the terms for joining Henry's HeartWise Woodland Friends Club. By signing up you agree to them. Please read our Privacy Notice too.
Membership gives you a family passport for up to 4 children, HeartWise Acorns and certificates, the games and activities, and the club stories, including new things as they arrive.
Membership is £4.99 a month or £39.99 a year. One membership covers up to 4 children in the same family. The price you see when you join is the price you pay.
Your membership renews automatically each month or each year until you cancel. Payments are taken by Stripe.
You can cancel at any time. Use the Manage or cancel membership link in the club. Your membership then stays open until the end of the period you have already paid for, and does not renew.
We do not give refunds for membership payments that have already been taken, but you can cancel at any time so you are never charged again.
If you think you have been charged by mistake, or something is not working, email info@henrysheartwiseadventures.com and we will put it right. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under consumer law.
HeartWise Acorns are for fun and have no cash value. A child who reaches 100 HeartWise Acorns can have a Golden Acorn keepsake posted to them. A parent or carer has to ask for it and give a postal address. We post Golden Acorns to UK addresses only. The Golden Acorn is posted by us, and we use the address only for that.
The club is for children with a parent or carer. You are in charge of what is added to your family passport, and of your child's time in the club.
The stories and activities are for fun and learning. They are not medical advice and they do not replace professional support.
The stories, pictures and games belong to the author and the illustrators. Please enjoy them with your family, and please do not copy them or share them to sell or to pass off as your own.
Please keep your password safe. If we find an account is being misused, we may close it.
The club will keep growing, and we may change what is in it. If we change the price or these terms, we will tell members before it takes effect.
